Siobhan achieved her Diploma in Dental Hygiene from The Edinburgh Dental Hospital in 1991.  Since returning from Edinburgh she has worked in private specialised dental practices in Dublin.  She also worked in the Dental Hospital in Dublin and in the Maxillofacial Unit in St James Hospital.

Siobhan is a member of the Irish Dental Hygienists Association and held the office of President for three years from 1995-1997.  Her primary concern is for her patients’ welfare and has continued her professional development in all aspects of dental hygiene.  This enables her to assess a patient’s condition in order to offer patient-specific preventative methods to promote and maintain good oral health.

Siobhan is a keen sportswoman.  She played National League Basketball for Meteors Basketball Club winning many National and Regional titles.  She is a member of Newlands Golf Club and is the incoming Captain in 2017.  She is also a keen gardener and enjoys landscaping and garden design and producing her own organic vegetables.
